At NOKWOL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn shoes in their original NOKWOL packaging and include all original tags and protective materials.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
